Governance
The Dispute Service Ltd, a company limited by guarantee, is the parent company of TDS Group, the UK’s leading provider of deposit protection and dispute resolution services. Founded in 2003 from a desire to create a fairer private sector, we have remained true to our purpose.
Independence
The Group Board is committed to independence and fairness in all its activities. The Board has an independent chair and a majority of independent non executive directors. In relation to its tenancy deposit services, it has a minority of three non executive directors with links to letting agents or landlords.
In relation to its work with New Homes none of the directors has links with Registered developers who will come under the jurisdiction of the New Homes Ombudsman Service.
The Board has a Code of Conduct and a Register of Interests.

Fay Selvan [Chair]
Fay is the Chief Executive of The Big Life Group a successful social enterprise in the North of England which she founded 30 years ago. She has many years experience as a Non Executive Director, leading across the health and housing sectors. She is currently also Chair of International Network of Street Papers.
Mark Allan
Mark is the General Manager at BUPA Dental Care.
Anda Gregory
Anda is Chief Executive Officer of Index Ignite and Stride, next generation recruitment businesses. She is the former Group CEO of the Glass & Glazing Federation.
Jacqs Harper
Jacqs is the Digital Director at Nuffield Health.
Paula Quigley
Paula is a social enterprise change leader, and is currently Managing Director of Noviqa Limited. She is the former CEO of Mainstay in Northern Ireland.

Luay is the Global Director for Standards and Professional Development at the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Nathan is Chief Executive Officer at Propertymark.
Jodi Berg [NRLA]
Jodi is Chair of the National Residential Landlords Association, an experienced Complaints Reviewer and former Chair of the Administrative Justice Council.

Steve Harriott
Steve is the group CEO at TDS. He has a background in property management and is a former Chair at the Waterways Ombudsman.
Nick Hankey
Nick is Deputy CEO [Resources] and MD Scotland. An accountant by profession, he has been at The Dispute Service since 2011.
Neil Peers
Neil is the Chief Operating Officer at TDS and joined the Group in April 2022 from Sky.
