The Annual Review explains how TDS operates in the UK property sector and reports on our progress to reduce disputes, raise standards and make life easier for customers.
The TDS Resolution Annual Review focuses on TDS’s resolution activity in the UK property sector. The review provides insight on who raises disputes, why disputes are raised and how we resolve disputes efficiently, effectively, and fairly. From 2022-2023 we have combined the TDS Resolution Annual Review into the Annual Review.
TDS Group Social Impact Reports
The Social Impact Report sets out the breadth of activity across the TDS Group within our Social Impact Framework, enabling us to measure what matters most.
