STATISTICAL BRIEFING

The annual Statistical Briefings pull together information from a variety of sources including Freedom of Information (FOI) data and statistics gathered by experts at Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS). Each new issue of the Statistical Briefing highlights the growth of the PRS, including the number of private rented homes and the average value of a tenancy deposit dispute for a particular year.

 

It also reveals the levels of disputes across all three TDS Government-backed tenancy deposit protection schemes showing the most common reasons for tenancy deposit disputes. This can be invaluable in helping tenants and property professionals to avoid future disputes.
